Our story began in 2012, born from a simple belief: the most demanding city in the world deserves a company that treats every client like its only client. We started with one promise — when it matters, we deliver — and we have kept it every day since.
Our mission is to be the team New York calls when it matters. Behind every request is a person counting on us: the attorney with a filing that cannot be late, the hotel guest whose evening depends on a single delivery, and the executive whose day falls apart if we fail. We never forget that.

FlashEx Courier & Concierge Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through flashexcourier.com, how we use it, and your choices.
We use your information only to provide quotes, confirm your request by phone or email, and fulfill the service you ask for. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
When you submit one of our estimate forms, your details are sent to contact@flashexcourier.com through our form processor, FormSubmit — so your request passes through FormSubmit’s servers on its way to us. You’ll see an on-page confirmation right after you submit, and we’ll follow up with your quote by phone or email. Nothing you enter is stored on this site.
If you have a FlashEx client portal account (created for you by our team — there is no public sign-up), we also store the details needed to run it: your business and contact information, your orders and their status history, your invoices, and files you or we attach to an order, such as proof of pickup or delivery. That way you and our team always see the same record. Portal passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form — we can never see your password. Portal records are kept on our secure hosting for as long as your account is active.
Some invoices include a secure payment link to PayPal or Stripe. Payment is completed on that provider’s own page — your card details go only to the provider and never touch FlashEx.
FlashEx does not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your details only as needed to complete your requested service — for example, with the courier handling your job, or with our form-processing provider that delivers your request to us.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please only include information you’re comfortable sharing.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was most recently posted.

These Terms of Service govern your use of flashexcourier.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
All quotes provided through this site are estimates. A request is not final until it is confirmed directly with FlashEx by phone or email, including pickup details, delivery details, and price.
This website does not collect payment. If you have a client portal account, your invoices can include a secure payment link (PayPal or Stripe); payment happens on the provider’s page and is confirmed by email. Any other payment arrangement is confirmed in writing.
We create client portal accounts ourselves; there is no public sign-up. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for orders placed under your account. Every portal order asks you to accept the FlashEx Terms and Conditions shown in the portal for that order, including our coverage rules: standard coverage up to $150 against loss or damage while an item is in our care; higher coverage only with a declared value we accept, for an additional charge; and jewelry or high-end designer goods are not covered unless we collect them directly from the brand’s own store. The version you accept is recorded with your order.
We work hard to hit every promised window. FlashEx is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, severe weather, road closures, emergencies, strikes, or government action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected job.
